The Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) as set out herein (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between TeamTalk, owned by 55 Minutes Pte Ltd (UEN: 201003881C) (“TeamTalk”, “we”, “us” or “our”) managing and operating the website bearing the URL: www.teamtalk.55mins.com and a natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses our website and/or mobile application (“Platform”) in any manner (“you” or “your” or “User”) or uses any current or future product, service or functionality or offer made available on our website and/or mobile application, as updated from time to time.
By using the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please do not use the Platform. Please note that your access to the Services (defined below), offers, or promotions in relation to the Products as may be provided by us and/or our affiliates, may be governed by other terms and conditions, policies, or guidelines (“Additional Terms”) along with these Terms. If these Terms are inconsistent with any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Services or utilization of the Product. These Terms govern your use of the Platform and transactions or dealings thereon.

- Account Registration
- To access and utilize certain features and functionalities of TeamTalk, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old in Singapore or have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence, whichever is older, to create an account and use the Platform. If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in your country, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement or have obtained the necessary parental consent.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and any other information required by TeamTalk. You also agree to update such information promptly to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to provide or update accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Keep your password secure and confidential.
- Not share your password with any third party.
- Notify TeamTalk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.
- You agree to use your account solely for personal or internal business purposes. You shall not:
- Use your account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity.
- Transfer your account to another person or entity without our prior written consent.
- Use another user’s account without permission.
- TeamTalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any other policies or guidelines.
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- Upon termination of your account, TeamTalk will retain your data for a maximum period of one (1) year in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore before it is permanently deleted. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. TeamTalk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by TeamTalk or any other user of the Platform due to someone else using your account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.

- Welcoming New Teammates:
- TeamTalk provides tools and features to help new hires seamlessly integrate into the team. Users can create introductory profiles, share interests, and find common ground with existing team members. This process is designed to break the ice and make new teammates feel welcomed and valued from day one.
- The Platform encourages a safe and inclusive environment where new hires can ask questions and interact with their colleagues without hesitation. This helps in reducing the initial intimidation and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Encouraging Enjoyable Conversations:
- Through various interactive features, TeamTalk promotes enjoyable and meaningful conversations among team members. These conversations are not limited to work-related topics but also encompass personal interests, hobbies, and other areas that help in building strong interpersonal relationships.
- The Platform provides curated conversation starters and icebreakers that users can use to initiate dialogues. This helps in creating a vibrant and engaging communication culture within the organisation.
- Enhancing Team Understanding:
- TeamTalk allows users to share and learn about each other’s working styles, communication preferences, and motivational factors. This understanding is crucial for improving team dynamics, collaboration, and overall productivity.
- The Platform includes features for providing feedback and showing appreciation among team members. This continuous loop of positive reinforcement helps in maintaining high morale and motivation within the team.
- Organisational Flourishment:
- By facilitating meaningful engagement between employees and leaders, TeamTalk contributes to the development of a healthy and empathetic workplace culture. This, in turn, leads to higher employee satisfaction and retention.
- Recognizing the challenges of remote work, TeamTalk offers features specifically designed to address the feelings of isolation and disconnection. The Platform enables remote teams to stay connected and engaged, ensuring that the physical distance does not hinder collaboration and camaraderie.

- You agree to use TeamTalk only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue.
- All users must adhere to TeamTalk’s guidelines, policies, and rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. By accessing and using TeamTalk, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited activities include:
- Posting, uploading, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or objectionable, including content promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
- Engaging in behavior that defames, harasses, abuses, or threatens others, including making false statements or sending unsolicited messages.
- Distributing obscene or pornographic content.
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or interactions.
- Disrupting or interfering with the Platform’s functionality, security, or performance, including transmitting viruses or engaging in hacking.
- Gaining unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, accounts, systems, or networks.
- All User’s must engage with other users respectfully and professionally, avoiding bullying, discriminatory, or harmful behavior. You must report any content or behavior violating these terms to TeamTalk’s support team for appropriate action.
- Continuous Improvement
- TeamTalk values user feedback for continuous improvement. Users are encouraged to provide suggestions, report issues, and share experiences to enhance the Platform.
- The Platform is regularly updated with new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Users are advised to keep their applications updated to benefit from the latest enhancements.
- General User Conduct
- You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or distribute on TeamTalk. Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to share content and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
- TeamTalk reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms or deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion. Accounts repeatedly violating policies may be suspended or terminated.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and PDPC regulations. If accessing the Platform from outside Singapore, comply with the laws of both the country of access and Singapore.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and can be found here. By using TeamTalk, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, contact details, and any other information you provide during account registration or while using the Platform.
- Your information may be used to enhance your experience on TeamTalk, facilitate communication and collaboration, provide customer support, and improve our services.
- We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
- We may share your information with third parties as described in the Privacy Policy, including service providers who assist us in operating the Platform and complying with legal obligations.
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent for certain types of data processing, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
- By continuing to use TeamTalk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform. For any questions or concerns regarding our privacy practices, please contact us at teamtalk@55mins.com.
- Your use of TeamTalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and can be found here. By using TeamTalk, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Intellectual Property
- All content on TeamTalk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 55 Minutes Pte Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
- All content available on TeamTalk, including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such content, is owned by 55 Minutes Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes all proprietary software used on the Platform. TeamTalk and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 55 Minutes Pte Ltd or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 55 Minutes Pte Ltd. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TeamTalk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Platform or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any part of the Platform without the express written consent of 55 Minutes Pte Ltd. This includes any content, trademarks, or other proprietary information.
- You agree not to create derivative works based on the content of TeamTalk without our express written permission. This includes translations, adaptations, arrangements, or any other modifications of the content. Moreover, you must not distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, or otherwise make available any content from TeamTalk without prior written consent from 55 Minutes Pte Ltd. Henceforth, you agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software or other proprietary technology available on the Platform.
- If you post, upload, or otherwise make available any content on the Platform (“User Contributions”), you grant TeamTalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Contributions that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify TeamTalk for all claims resulting from content you supply. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding TeamTalk, or the services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
- If you believe that any content on TeamTalk infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will respond promptly to address the issue. Unauthorized use of TeamTalk’s content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any user who violates these terms.
- Rating and Review
- Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to continually improve our Platform and Services. By using TeamTalk, you agree to the following terms regarding ratings and reviews:
- Participation in rating and reviewing our Products and Services is entirely voluntary. You are not obligated to provide feedback.
- Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with our Services and the Platform. We encourage honesty and transparency in all feedback provided.
- Reviews must adhere to our as well as the internet community guidelines. You agree to refrain from posting any form of offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content or reviews that can hurt the sentiments of other users or third parties.
- Reviews may be moderated to ensure compliance with our guidelines. We reserve the right to publish, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion, particularly those deemed defamatory in nature and/or in violation of our policies.
- Reviews may be publicly visible on our Platform and accessible to other users. By submitting a review, you acknowledge and consent to its potential visibility and display to the public.
- We may choose to respond to reviews in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or feedback provided. However, we are not obligated to respond to every review.
- We may use reviews and ratings for promotional or marketing purposes, provided they are used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content worldwide in any media.
- If you have any concerns regarding a review, please contact us directly to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to provide feedback that is respectful and constructive. Abusive language or personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your reviews. You represent and warrant that your reviews do not violate any rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
- Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to continually improve our Platform and Services. By using TeamTalk, you agree to the following terms regarding ratings and reviews:
- Disclaimer of Warranties, Inaccuracies or Errors
- TeamTalk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, TeamTalk, owned by 55 Minutes Pte Ltd, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any defects or errors will be corrected.
- While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on TeamTalk, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or materials provided through the Platform. This includes but is not limited to information, text, graphics, links, and other items contained within the Platform.
- TeamTalk is not responsible for any content provided by users, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any user-generated content.
- TeamTalk shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content or functionality of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to any loss or damage caused by reliance on information obtained through the Platform.
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TeamTalk. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website or service from the Platform, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and TeamTalk’s Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites.
- Any decisions made based on information provided through the Platform are your sole responsibility. TeamTalk does not warrant or guarantee any specific results from the use of the Platform.
- The content provided on TeamTalk is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding any matter.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content on the Platform at any time without prior notice. We do not warrant that the information on the Platform is up to date, accurate, or complete at all times.
- TeamTalk may experience temporary interruptions in service due to maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of the Platform at all times.
- Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

- By using TeamTalk, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 55 Minutes Pte Ltd, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your User Contributions, including any content you post, upload, or make available through TeamTalk.
- Your use of TeamTalk, including any data or content transmitted or received by you.
- Your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Any misrepresentation made by you regarding your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Any third-party claims arising from your conduct, including infringement or violation of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any disputes between you and other users of the Platform.
- Your use of third-party websites, services, or content accessed through TeamTalk.
- Any damage to property, personal injury, or death caused by your actions or negligence.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of TeamTalk’s servers, systems, or data by you or through your account.
- In the indemnification process, the Indemnified Parties will provide prompt notice of any claim. You will have the right to control the defense and settlement of any claim, provided you do not settle without the Indemnified Parties’ prior written consent. The Indemnified Parties may participate in the defense at their own expense and will cooperate with you at your expense.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, 55 Minutes Pte Ltd and the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use TeamTalk.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from TeamTalk.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through TeamTalk by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through TeamTalk.
- In no event shall the total liability of 55 Minutes Pte Ltd and the Indemnified Parties to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using TeamTalk during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, 55 Minutes Pte Ltd and the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Indemnification
- Availability and accessibility of the platform
- TeamTalk strives to ensure that the Platform is available and accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and its services. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at any specific time or geographical location, or that the Platform will be accessible or optimized on all devices, browsers, and operating systems.
- Periodically, we may perform scheduled maintenance or updates to improve the performance, security, and functionality of the Platform. During these times, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance. In addition to scheduled maintenance, we may need to perform unscheduled maintenance or emergency updates. We will attempt to restore access to the Platform as quickly as possible in such events.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to access and use the Platform. TeamTalk is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to hardware failures, software incompatibilities, or internet connectivity problems, that may hinder access to the Platform.
- The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services for certain functionalities. TeamTalk is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of any third-party services and shall not be liable for any issues arising from their use.
- TeamTalk reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform or any part thereof, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.
- Access to the Platform may be restricted or limited based on geographical location due to regulatory requirements or other reasons. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- TeamTalk is committed to making the Platform accessible to as many users as possible, including those with disabilities. We strive to adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure an inclusive user experience. Moreover, we welcome feedback from users regarding the accessibility of the Platform. - TeamTalk shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability or inaccessibility of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, missed opportunities, or business interruptions.
- We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, governmental actions, or failures of communication networks.
- TeamTalk is dedicated to continuously improving and enhancing the Platform. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features and functionalities of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Such changes may affect the accessibility and availability of certain features.
- Third Party Interactions
- By using TeamTalk, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding interactions with third parties:
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by TeamTalk. These links are provided for your convenience only, and TeamTalk does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
- The Platform may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TeamTalk is not responsible for any such third-party content, including its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof.
- Any interactions, communications, or dealings you have with third parties, including other users of the Platform or advertisers found on or through the Platform, are solely between you and the third party. This includes but is not limited to the purchase of goods or services, payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings.
- You agree that TeamTalk shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such third parties on the Platform. You assume all risk arising from your interactions with third parties.
- The Platform may integrate with or make use of third-party services to enhance its functionality. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and TeamTalk does not assume any responsibility or liability for your use of such third-party services.
- If the Platform allows you to connect your account with a third-party service, you grant TeamTalk permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service and as authorized by you. You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party service you connect to your TeamTalk account.
- TeamTalk may display advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Platform. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than TeamTalk, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party.
- The inclusion of any advertisement on the Platform does not imply endorsement by TeamTalk of the advertised products or services. TeamTalk is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of your dealings with advertisers or as a result of the presence of such advertisements on the Platform.
- Any disputes you have with third parties arising out of your use of the Platform must be resolved directly with the third party. TeamTalk will not be involved in any such disputes and will not provide any assistance in resolving such disputes. Moreover, you agree to hold TeamTalk harmless from any claims, demands, or damages of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
- By using TeamTalk, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding interactions with third parties:
- Termination
- TeamTalk reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is harmful to our interests, other users, or third parties. TeamTalk may terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you engage in illegal activities, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in activities that compromise the security, functionality, or integrity of the Platform.
- You may terminate your account and discontinue your use of the Platform at any time by following the procedures outlined on the Platform or by contacting our support team. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges.
- Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to the Platform, including any data, files, or content associated with your account. TeamTalk reserves the right to delete or disable your account and all related information, files, and content.
- Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except where required by law or as specified in these Terms or any additional terms applicable to specific services or products.
- Upon termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees or charges accrued prior to termination. TeamTalk reserves the right to pursue any amounts owed and may charge additional fees for any collection activities.
- If your account has been terminated, you may request reactivation by contacting TeamTalk’s support team. Reactivation is at the sole discretion of TeamTalk and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- TeamTalk shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your account, including but not limited to loss of data, information, or content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform, any related services, or any provision of these Terms is to terminate your account and discontinue using the Platform.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, shall survive any termination of your account or access to the Platform.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and any other relevant Singaporean legislation, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree, in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the Platforms whether in contract or tort or otherwise, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for the resolution of all such disputes.
- Relationship Between The Parties
- This Agreement does not aim to establish a partnership between TeamTalk and the User, nor does it authorize either party to act as an agent for the other. Neither party has the authority to act on behalf of the other or bind them in any manner, including making representations or warranties, assuming obligations, or exercising rights or powers.

- In accordance with the applicable law, any grievances which you may have with respect to the information shared by you with us hereunder and its treatment or any grievance related to the Platform being availed hereunder, may be directed by you to us through this email address: teamtalk@55mins.com.
- Force Majeure
- We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural calamities, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, wars or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
- Waiver
- No provision in these Terms and Conditions will be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by us. Any consent by us to, or waiver of your breach, whether expressed or implied, will not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
- Severability
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision will be excluded from these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and will be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event, these Terms and Conditions will be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction.
- Amendment
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendments and modifications and may be updated from time to time, without any advance notice. You are requested to regularly review the Terms and Conditions as available on the Platforms. Your relationship with the Platforms will be governed by the most current version of these Terms and Conditions, as published on the Platforms.
